“Coco” was one of the best Pixar movies of 2017 and if you don’t think so, you probably didn’t pay enough attention to the details! The filmmakers worked extremely hard to create an authentic story and setting and represent Mexican culture in the best way possible. This movie teaches us about the importance of music, family, and introduces us to one of Mexico’s most important holidays. But at the same time, it features plenty of references, easter eggs, and other things you never noticed.
“Coco” features characters such as Ernesto de La Cruz, Hunter, Miguel, and the Rivera family, along with plenty of other side characters that were essential to this movie. Although the movie’ll make you cry, it also gives shout out to some of the other movies like “Toy Story,” “The Incredibles,” and even “Finding Nemo”!
