The fuselage hull includes strakes and optimized step placement for smooth, predictable takeoffs and easy handling on water. In addition to a painted fiberglass fuselage and built-up, MonoKote®-covered wing and tail, the Widgeon features hinged ailerons, painted and trimmed nacelles and floats, and installed clear windows.
