How to Flash New Radio on Galaxy Nexus GSM! [Fix Signal Loss]

For those of you who have been experiencing random signal losses on Galaxy Nexus GSM, here's how you can fix it by flashing a new radio.
Download radios:
I was experiencing signal loss for months until I found out that my unlocked Galaxy Nexus GSM came with European radio. Upon installing North American radio, signal loss problem disappeared and also I got much better HSPA+ reception/speeds.
You can also try installing an Android 4.0.2 ROM if this doesn't help, I recommend Android Revolution HD:
