Please help us to find bad videos. Broken or unappropriated video content?
Ultra-light frames have been the recent rage. However, the problem with light weight frames is that they generally break easily in crashes. Team Neugen tries to resolve that problem by using thicker plates (3mm & 2.5mm) and 5mm arms. I've been watching prototypes of this quad fly at practices and races and have personally seen it take a lot of beatings and continue to fly. It really is unbelieveable.
In the video, I refer to this quad as "Long Body", "Long Frame", and "Long Boss" because that is how we've been referring to its prototypes phases. The official name is "Boss XL" and "Boss Medium". I think I got all the annotations correct.
In an upcoming video, I'll be reviewing the Team Neugen "Supervisor" frame which runs up to 3.5" props!
There will soon be a pod available for this frame. It is awesome looking! Look for it to become available on their site soon. They are working through their final testing.
