In this episode I address a commonly asked question and that is "will I ever deadlift again?" I appreciate everyone who is showing concern about how my progress is with my lower back injury. For those unaware my MRI results showed that I have 3 herniated discs in my lumbar spine as well as spondylosis, and after reviewing the results I took it upon myself to remove lower body training and axial loading in my program. I spoke with many professionals on the injury and get a variety of opinions, so when I begin physical therapy again, we will see how my lower body training looks in the near future!
