arduino + quadcopter experiment part 3

I tried clamping the error given to the PID controller to be within a certain range so that large movements would be avoided, and fixed a typo that was setting the throttle to about 70% when one of the markers was not visible, instead of the 40% I intended - much better! Now we can make it through a whole battery with almost no touchdowns, and no violent crashes :)
