We sent Seb Hernando a pair of the Liquid Chrome Hypervenom Phatal II DF boots by Nike Football to lace up, test and review.
With Nike unveiling their latest Liquid Chrome creation, their deadly agility Hypervenom Phantom II silo is handed a shimmering paint-job of luxurious Bronze with complementing touches of Black and White.
Set to be worn by the striking prowess of Robert Lewandowski, Edinson Cavani, and Daniel Sturridge, the newest member of the Phantom II is sure to make headlines for the impact they will have on the pitch both in terms of visual effect and match defining moments.
The Phantom II upper uses the touch enhancing NikeSkin component and ACC technology to optimise ball control in all conditions of which is displayed in a flawless Bronze to illuminate the pitch in the darkest months of the year.
To contrast against the striking Bronze, understated Black is used to compose Nike’s revolutionary Dynamic Fit collar to provide a sock-like fit, whilst further Black strokes appear at the striking zig-zag graphic at the lateral side panel and trademark Nike Swoosh flowing across the medial striking zone.
Completing the Metal Pack Hypervenom Phantom II sees matching Black laces of which feature at an off-centre style for a larger striking zone and again on the split-toe sole plate in a unique pattern.
