If you're like me, you get cravings for donuts. Even though we follow IIFYM, finding a way to work a bunch of donuts in is extremely difficult. In this video I show you how to make some great tasting donuts that won't ruin your diet.
Ingredients:
1 cup mix of your choice
1/2 cup almond milk
1/4 cup egg whites
1/4 cup pumpkin
1 scoop protein powder
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Directions: Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl and stir. Transfer mixture into donut pan (spray with non--stick cooking spray before transferring). Pre heat oven to 425 degrees and bake for 10-12 minutes or until donuts are firm. Use excess mix to glaze donuts.
