BBSM Remix C1W1 - Bench Press and Power Shoes

Another day on the 2nd go around of Dan Green's BBSM. Today was what I'd call a "bench" day, however it's a bit different that in the past. I'm also wearing my Reebok Power Lite TRs (Power Shoes). I'll have a comparison up in the future between these and Converse Chuck Taylors.
