Team Thunder Tiger America's Nick Maxwell — one of the world's finest R/C helicopter pilots — takes a moment to show a fellow modeler how to correct performance issues caused by unequal collective pitch throws. The problem: His machine goes much faster when climbing out inverted compared to climbing out right-side-up. The cause, Nick finds, is in the collective range on the rotor head — which he's able to remedy with a few simple linkage adjustments. Along the way, Nick also spots a loose wire and warns that its vibration might impair gyro response. Watch for more easy, valuable tips from the Thunder Tiger Heli Team coming soon!
