In this film, I go into detail about how I created a small fishing setup on the LiD of my thrasher Jet boat, and the electronics setup I use.
My fishing "Rod" is a suspension link from a 1/10th scale truck. If you watch the video, i break it down for you in simple terms.
Also, the viewer was wondering about how we constructed a "Floating" ramp to jump our RC boats off of. As you can see, I have an additional lid for my Jet boat, so I can remove the fishing gear in a quick minute.
The Jump / Ramp is constructed of light weight corrugated plastic, empty water jugs and Gorilla Tape (strong, waterproof). Also, I had attached an anchor to it. In flowing water - the Ramp is automagically facing the correct way... when the anchor tether is long enough. I provide examples in the video
