1 Hour HD500 Quadcopter Build w/ 3D Printed Motor Mounts - TBS Discovery Teardown

Thanks to my buddy Josh Dugan for helping me with this build. The HD500 stands for Home Depot 500mm and it's about a $5 frame w/ Home Depot parts. It's just a couple of square dowel rods from home depot and a blue conduit box. The dowel rods are attached using Gorilla glue.
We wanted to see if we could do this build in 1 hour by tearing down the TBS Discovery and moving the parts over to the HD500. We were able to pull it off, but quickly discovered that the motor mounts I designed for the iPower motors, didn't have a big enough hole for the motor shaft and washer. The original hole was 5mm which caused the washer to bind and wouldn't allow the shaft to spin freely. So I had to redesign the mount with a larger hole at 9mm. I'm going to post the mount design online soon, but in the meantime if you would like a copy of the design then just post a comment and I'll send it to you.
I used Sorbothane under the Naza to dampen the vibration from the quad. All in all, the build turned out really well and the 3D printed motor mounts worked great. Using Makerware the motor mount print settings were:
Infill: 50%
Number of Shells: 2
Layer Height: 0.27
