Shaun Taylor AstroX Switch Stretch X / Emax Build & Maiden

Build and maiden of a Shaun Taylor inspired AstroX Switch Stretch X running Emax Gear. The quick version of the story goes something like this: At the MultiGP IO Shaun gave Thomas his 2016 Quad which Thomas only flew a couple of times. He loved the fact that he was flying something that another pilot he looks up to flies using his settings, so he decided to build a more current Shaun Taylor build.
He wanted the AstroX Switch Stretch X, but unfortunately it wasn’t available in Australia, however AstroX were kind enough to get one to him in under a week, so a massive shout out and thanks go to the AstroX Team and Boohwan! You guys are a credit to the hobby and sport of FPV.
Then we have Emax who also managed get all the Electronics to us for this build. Also a massive shout out to Brandon from Emax, dude you’re not only one of the nicest guys, but I had no idea what an amazing pilot you are! Check out his channel SouzFPV.
Anyway it’s an awesome build and all the gear works great, now it’s a matter of time for Thomas to adjust to flying a stretch X. In the mean time, the Helix that Thomas used to break UTT1 on its maiden, is being sent to Shaun Taylor, in true X configuration along with Thomas’ squish X plates if he wishes to change it out to squish X and fly it exactly the same way Thomas flies. Idea here is Thomas flies Shaun's Quad and Shaun gets to fly Thomas' quad :D
