A loss, a win and a back-down (drones, regulations and Patreon)

It looks like compulsory registration is back on the table for RC model and drone fliers in the USA but here in Tokoroa, the council has finally decided to allow drone flying in the parks. Meanwhile, Patreon has been forced to back down on plans to completely stuff up their service.
