1 Egg
2 Garlic Cloves

1 oz (28g) Parmesan Cheese
12 oz (340g) Marinara Sauce
Salt, Black Pepper, Oregano, Ground Chili Pepper
Preparations:
1- Slice the eggplants.
2- Sprinkle with salt and rest the eggplants for 10 to 15 minutes.
3- Dry the eggplants with napkin.
4- Slice the spinach.
5- Grate the mozzarella cheese.
