A supermassive black hole that is 150 times the mass of the Sun in blasting jets of high-energy particles from the core of galaxy NGC 1316. The galaxy and its surroundings, which is part of the Fornax Cluster of galaxies, was captured by the European Southern Observatory’s VLT Survey Telescope in Chile. --
