iT WORKS! I have always wondered about this type of mod.. and was a littler nervous to attempt it, as I couldnt find any in-depth tutorials - nor any literature about how to complete this task. I was able to see a short video, that was similar to my method, but different. I wanted to gut this gaming wheel of its electronics - and hook in my RC radio - to control any RC that I had linked to the transmitter. The trick to this mod was to have patience and to figure out the proper wiring. Becuase the peddles are dual controllers, and I am trying to hook into a single controller for throttle control (Reverse / Neutral/ Forward), it was mostly trial and error. I was able to get this project squeezed into about 10 minutes for you - if you want to give it a try! The Variable Controllers are not of "awesome" quality in this cheapo wheel - but maybe some of the better racing wheels have more quality controllers. The model I used today was only about $69.00 and was bought on Amazon. I used a Gmade Komodo Truck as the model today, as well as a basic, Spektrum 2.4ghz Radio
