This isn't an exhaustive How-To, but hopefully it gets you to try this stuff too and learn from the process!
Also note that the flying wing CG calculator will help you calculate the required CG location for any wing shape you can think of! There are also calculators for conard confuguration and even conventional configuration. Though 1/3 the way back from the leading edge always works for that one.
