Canada plans to ban children from flying model aircraft

Under new regulations proposed by Transport Canada, children under 14 will be forbidden to fly all but the smallest, lightest of model aircraft (toys). What are they smoking at TC? In this video I take a look at the sheer lunacy of these proposed rules.
