READ ALL OF THIS DESCRIPTION! A bunch of grown men and some small, lightweight, foam, RC planes. Is this a dangerous activity? I don't think so. At least not as dangerous as the activities which take place on the neighbouring motorcross and gokart tracks -- or even at the BMFA nationals. See for yourself:

Now will someone *really* claim that our flying of these slow, lightweight foam models is more dangerous than these other sports?
Remember that these planes have 1/70th the kinetic energy of a soccer or rugby ball and just 1/1000th the energy of a motocross bike at 100KM/H (not including the rider's weight)
Hard to see how anyone could grizzle at us without demanding a complete ban on these other sports eh?
