Stand on the crocodile in the Secret Library
Location: Chapter 5 - London Underground
Don't worry, it's not a real crocodile. Soon after finding the car in the underground, you will enter the secret library (can't be missed). After some cutscenes you will receive a map and encounter a small group of enemies that are shooting at you. Leave the library and go up the stairs to your right (that's where you were originally coming from before entering the room). Go around the railing until you reach the midpoint at the end of the room. Jump down and you should touch the crocodile.
