Capcom announced the upcoming release of the combat game "Tatsunoko VS Capcom Cross Generation of Heroes", the latest production in the popular "VS Series", at the 2008 Tokyo Game Show. In the new video game, Capcom heroes such as Ryu, Chun-Li and Rockman battle the heroes from Tatsunoko Productions such as Gatchaman, Casshern, and Yatterman.
New characters also participate in the war between heroes including "Scientific Ninja Team Gatchaman" and "Jun the Swan" from Tatsunoko Productions and "Roll" from the "Rockman" series by Capcom.
The game is scheduled for release on December 11, 2008 for the Nintendo Wii system, and an arcade version is also set to be released in the winter of 2008.
