In part 1, the boys hit the stationary bike for some high performance fitness testing. Then, Rob brushes up on his stats from the 2015 season and then it's off to the salon for a fresh cut and some much needed nose waxing. With the 2016 UCI Mountain Bike World Cup season starting on April 10th, there's no time to waste!
