The Hotel Rivoli Jardin is in the Kasamikatu, a side street of Esplanadi. The central location allows you to reach all important destinations in the city on foot, be it the port, the market halls, the Senate Square or the main station. Its location in a courtyard protects from the noise of the streets. The decor is a bit outdated. But the rooms are clean and equipped with everything necessary. Free WiFi is available. We are a bit irritated by the smoking ban in the cupboard :-). The breakfast buffet offers everything you want in the morning. The price is moderate.
Due to the price and the central location, the Hotel Rivoli is recommendable in any case.

Das Hotel Rivoli Jardin in Helsinki liegt in der Kasamikatu, einer Nebenstraße der Esplanadi. Die zentrale Lage erlaubt es praktisch alle wichtigen Ziele in der Stadt zu Fuß zu erreichen, sei es den Hafen, die Markthallen, den Senatsplatz oder den Hauptbahnhof.
Das Hotel liegt in einem Innenhof und ist damit vor Lärm optimal geschützt. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Jedoch sind die Räume sauber und mit allem Nötigem ausgestattet. Auch kostenloses WLAN ist verfügbar. Leicht irritiert sind wir vom Rauchverbot im Schrank :-). Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet alles was man sich morgens wünscht. Das Ganze kann man zu einem sehr moderaten Preis buchen.
Aufgrund des Preises und der zentralen Lage ist es in jedem Fall empfehlenswert.
