Special thanks to GoProfessional Cases (/) for their support of the Roswell Flight Test Crew's coverage from the 2015 National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) conference in Las Vegas, Nevada.
In this episode, the Roswell Flight Test Crew speaks with Ziv Marom of ZM Interactive and FlyingPOV, which manufacturers the Xfold series of multirotor drone aircraft for aerial cinematography. The aircraft are available in four sizes: the “Spy” is configured to carry GoPro Hero (or similar-sized camera), the “Travel” carries a DSLR, the “Cinema” carries a Red Epic and the “Dragon” carries an Arri Alexa. Built around a folding X8 configuration, additional limbs can quickly be installed, transforming it into a heavy lift multirotor with as many as 12 motors.
