As per my conclusion, Rayne V2 Ultra 4k shoots crispy clear videos but does not record true colors. There is always a yellowish color on the whole picture and a poor focus for closer subjects to lens. Anyway, as mentioned in the video decision is always yours, which camera to buy. GoPro 4 and Xiaomi Yi are still top of the list for Video quality, image quality, features. But Price wise, nothing beats Xiaomi Yi. And before you make a decision. Wait for a while, till Xiaomi Yi 2nd Generation camera comes out. I will be doing a review of that camera with GoPro and Rayne V2 to see what has improved in Xiaomi Yi V2 and if we have got a new winner.
