Hobbico Announces Xiro Xplorer Quadcopter at InterDrone

In this episode, the Roswell Flight Test Crew speaks with Josh Schiff of Hobbico about the new Xiro Xplorer quadcopter, unveiled at InterDrone. The 350mm quad is available in three configurations. The base Xplorer arrives as a ready-to-fly drone but without a camera or gimbal. The Xplorer G incorporates a three-axis gimbal compatible with the GoPro Hero3 and Hero4 sports cameras, and the Xplorer V includes an integrated 1080p HD video camera, also mounted on a three-axis gimbal. All three models include automatic takeoff and landing capabilities, return-to-home function, intelligent orientation control mode and integrated waypoint capabilities, as well as live video streaming via an Android or iOS smart phone.
