John Taylor has become a hero to thousands of drone and RC model fliers around the USA as he (almost) single-handedly did what the AMA could not (or refused to) do. The courts have ruled that the FAA had no legal authority to demand money and details from drone and RC pilots, under threat of huge fines and/or imprisonment, in the USA.
