I get a lot of questions about setting up flight modes on your Turnigy 9X. Originally I started doing this in HELI mode because I figured that a multirotor is closer to a heli than a plane. But for the past couple of years I've been flying in ACRO mode. Now that I have the FrSky Taranis I create all my profiles from scratch.
In this video I go into detail about the differences in the Turnigy 9X 3 mode switch in both modes. A lot of confusion has stemmed from the throttle and pitch being linked together in HELI mode. I also demonstrate how to setup flight modes in ACRO mode, which allows you to get up to 6 different ones.
