Another run, trimmed the trim tabs UP more, the strut trimmed to lift the nose a bunch more, batteries in the middle of the trays, two 3s 4000 packs. Rest of the boat is stock. It really dives in the corners, but on the straights its flying, literally!
Really having fun with it now, 4min run time using alot of throttle. Having a blast!
