JJRC H29G 5.8Ghz FPV Drone Flight Test Review

This micro-mini sized drone has excellent maneuverability, control and FPV range. uy it here in Blue, Green, or Red It is small and portable, and you should be able to safely fly FPV with it almost anywhere with little chance of being hassled by authorities (However, small minded people may still be a problem. Just tell them that you work for the Government and was assigned to their drone surveillance case file ;-). B
Pro's
- Simultaneously records both 720p HD aerial video, and video of the FPV screen.
- Nice safe size and weight, well below 0.55 pounds. Does not require FAA registration.
- Good FPV and control range. I flew it out to about 100 meters without loss of signal.
- Instead of dropping, this quadcopter gradually lowers itself and lands when battery power is depleted.
- Headless mode and one key return.
- Uses widely available generic 3.7V 300 to 450 mah micro quadcopter batteries.
Con's
- Controller uses 3.7V 500mah LiPo battery. This size is sufficient for one or two flights of powering the screen and controller. But recommend a larger 1000mah LiPo if multiple flights are desired.
