Things that should not fly #4 - the tricopter FPV

Please help us to find bad videos. Broken or unappropriated video content?
Here's a tricopter which has been equipped for FPV flight although, due to a few issues on the day, wasn't flown by FPV in this video. This makes a great aerial camera platform and the plans are available on the internet.
Does this really qualify as an RC plane?
