4K UHD | Mass Effect Andromeda – PS4 vs. PS4 Pro 4K Mode Graphics Comparison

Mass Effekt Andromeda kaufen:
We compare the graphics of Mass Effect: Andromeda on PS4 with PS4 Pro in 4K mode. The PS4 Pro version has a higher resolution at about 1800p. From there it is being upscaled to 2160p. We did not notice any further visual improvements, on the contrary we noticed that screen space reflections look clearer on the base PS4. This might be the result of a bug that could be patched soon. We deactivated chromatic abberration and film grain on both consoles.

Kann die PS4 Pro Version von Mass Effect: Andromeda überzeugen? Wir werfen einen Blick darauf und vergleichen ihre Grafik im 4K-Modus mit der Standard-PS4.
Die PS4 Pro Version läuft nativ mit einer Auflösung von 1800p und wird dann auf 2160p hochskaliert. Weitere grafische Vorteile sind uns nicht aufgefallen, im Gegenteil sehen die Screen Space Reflections auf der PS4 ein bisschen knackiger aus. Vielleicht ein Bug, der mit kommenden Patches gefixt wird.
Mit an Bord sind wieder die optischen Filter chromatische Aberration und Filmkörnung. Sie sollen für mehr Atmosphäre sorgen, machen das Bild aber unscharf. Wer darauf verzichten will, kann beide Optionen auch auf den Konsolen deaktivieren. Für diesen Vergleich haben wir beide Optionen ausgeschaltet.
