Red Bull Kick It 2013 was held in K-Art Hall in South Korea on June 29th, 2013. 5 judges decided the fate of advanced martial artists and karate professionals. Martial artist, Andy Le, took first followed by Donavan Sheehan in 2nd place.
전세계 최고의 발차기 고수를 가리는 1:1 프리스타일 발차기 배틀 레드불 킥잇(Kick it). 레드불 킥잇은 태권도를 포함한 무술, 트릭킹, 가라데, 카포에라, 체조 등 다양한 장르의 선수들이 참여하여 세계 최고 키커라는 타이틀을 두고 경합을 벌이는 이색적인 경기로 마샬 아츠를 응용한 새로운 개념의 경기입니다.
킥잇은 태권도 등과 같이 상대방을 직접 가격하는 방식이 아닌 프리스타일 트릭킹, 격파대결 그리고 빅 트릭 이렇게 3라운드 동안 서로의 퍼포먼스로 승부하는 방식으로 진행되었으며, 경기를 위한 참가 신청은 물론 입장권 또한 오픈과 동시에 모두 매진을 기록할 만큼 그 인기와 관심은 너무나 뜨거웠습니다. 그럼 레드불 킥잇 그 뜨거웠던 현장을 소개해 드리겠습니다.
