This my first outdoor flight caught on videso of the new World's Smallest Drone known as the RTF Estes Proto-N! It is so small I can't believe it even flies and it is even crazier for me to be able to fly it outside and still see it!
Check out this link to some newer and better RC Tech:
It is basically a Nano version of the well known as a Nano Quad or Nano Drone as people like to refer to them these days. To illustrate this, I lined up the big brother to the Estes Proto N, which is the Estes Proto-X. The other Nano Quadcopter I compared it to is the Cheerson CX-10. The two sitting behind were the Estes Proto-Z and the Blade Inductrix. Both of those are considered to be a Micro Drone or Micro Quadcopter. The best known Micro Quad is the Blade Nano QX, which is too big to be called a Nano.
This is how Estes describes its World's Smallest Drone:
"The Proto-N is totally unlike anything else you’ve ever seen. It’s a quadcopter so tiny you can store it in on the transmitter you use to fly. Even though it’s tiny, the Proto-N is amazingly easy to pilot! With just minutes of practice, virtually anyone can fly the Proto-N and, thanks to its small size and convenient transmitter storage, you can take it with you to the game, to the office—anywhere."
Along with making the Estes Proto X and Estes Proto Z , Estes is a well know hobby company. It is a legend in the Model Rocket space with its Estes Model Rockets. I have actually reviewed a number of them on this channel included my very first rocket kit that featured Estes Rascal and Estes Hi Jinks RTF Rocket Kit.
Stay tuned to my channel for more outdoor "drone" videos for one like my new Blade Zeyrok and Syma X5HW FPV Quad.
