FatShark 600TVL CMOS Cam Low Light Test
Flying my Mini Blackout H quad in very low light. It was getting late in the evening and I wanted to get a few flights in after work before I headed home. The fatshark cam did an excellent job in low light. I was surprise because after I landed I could barely see what was around me! I needed to use my phones flashlight to pack up my gear. That was how dark it got lol
On board flight cam was recorded using a ReadyMadeRC FPV1000 DVR.
DVR was hooked up to my old predator googles with a IBcrazy 3 turn helical for recording the flight.
The 3 turn helical actually works really well. I was still able to fly to my sides and still have decent signal :) Flying in front of the antenna is where the 3 turn helical shines. I was getting very good signal when I flew out to the bicycle patch. Using the Spiro Nets The video image would start to break out around that point.
