Stable BAYANGTOYS X8 RC Quadcopter Review - RCLifeOn

This is the BAYANGTOYS X8 RC Quadcopter from Gearbest. It's fully RTF quadcopter with a 2.0MP camera included! It's available in 2 different colors (black and white), and has red lights in the front and green in the back. With the features like return to home, headless mode and the ability to do loops and rolls, this quadcopter really do fit the beginner as well as the advanced flyer.

According to Gearbest's website, the flight time is around 9-10 minutes. I found the true flight time is around 8 minutes. The charging time is however 60 minutes, as stated.
Overall I'm very happy with the product, it's extremely stable and easy to control. I like the "real" feeling of the transmitter, it's not a small toy transmitter, but actually a fairly large one. It looks very cool in the air, especially in the dark. The camera was surprisingly good quality, and the quadcopter seems to be durable. My only complaint is the timer or death, as I like to call it, regarding the video. Basically, if you start recording you will have to stop the recording BEFORE the lithium polymer battery is too low. I lost numerous clips simply because the battery was running low. Here's how to solve it: Start the recording and after one minute click the throttle trimmer down (this stops the recording). Wait a few seconds and click the trimmer down once again to start the recording. What I'm trying to say is, don't make one long clip, make several small ones.
