Paris-based DJ crew and label Mawimbi bring forward their first ever remix EP featuring four dark reworkings by Mawimbi, Traumer, Tim Karbon and Lurka – the Bristol-based Black Acre signee whose deconstruction of Loâzo's "Ketjak" caught our attention most. Lurka brings in his own unique and esoteric bass music blend, peppered with polyrhythms throughout.
MWB001 Remixes drops digitally on 15th January 2016, with a release party taking place on 29th January at Gaite Lyrique, Paris.
