HobbyKing Pulsejet review (part 1)

Here's a first-look at the HobbyKing pulsejet for RC planes, boats and cars.
Some first thoughts:
Bad things:
- the welding is merely "satisfactory" but nothing to be proud of
- only one spare reed valve is supplied and no spares are listed on the HK website
- the engine tube is poorly formed and quite distorted where it joins the chamber
Good things:
- the ignition system looks great, almost worth the purchase price on its own
- the machining of the valve-head is excellent
- the accessory pack is very welcome and comprehensive
- cool "WARNING" stickers!
So-so:
- the instructions are "adequate" but could be better
The big problem right now is that there isn't a great choice of models that this engine can be used on -- however, I hope this will change.
