Drone Racing How to get Air & Ground Footage - One Take

How to crash, eject the GoPro and still get footage :) OK this was one of the MMRC Spec Races in Round 1 of the season. I decided to run with the GoPro and try to at least get some footage of the racing.
Note: This isn't Thomas racing . . it's the older guy :P
Lap one went OK, I’m in second place and things are looking ok, on the second lap I make ground on the race leader, on lap 3 I have a lapse in concentrating (you know with me being an 50+ Old Guy) and I clipped the ground!
In any case the GoPro comes off and my quad fails to arm. Marshal radios in and say’s I’m OK to finish the race, so while racing I find my quad feels a lot lighter than it did before the race and way more floaty. I continue the race and come in last I think. What I didn’t realise is the Marshal (Old Snake) had picked up my gopro and filmed the rest of the race with it :D
Didn’t progress further in the Spec Class but I did get some cool footage lol
