More crazy mid-winter RC plane flying at the SWMAC
Even though it threatens to snow, the boys at the SWMAC are still out flying their RC planes and helicopters.
This weekend we had yet another overseas visitor who came to NZ just to spend some time at the field with us. Perhaps it's time we started some international hobby-tours? How would you like to fly down to New Zealand in the Northern winter and spend a week flying at the world's funnest RC club? (is funnest a word?).
Neil burns out the clutch in his helicopter, Brent makes a blood sacrifice and Ron decides that, with bad weather looming, it's time to put the 1:1 scale 172 he got from HobbyKing back in the box it was shipped in.
Yeah... just more rubbish from the gang.
