This is a work in progress. Unfortunately the Galaxy Tab 3 doesn't have a USB host controller and cannot use the OTG cable with the 3DR Radios. So I'm trying to do this with a Bluetooth module as described here:
I'm hoping to make some progress over the weekend and will post an update when I get further along.
