Please help us to find bad videos. Broken or unappropriated video content?
We’re indoors at the West Coast Drone Racing League’s first race and our buddy Colin Broughton was asked to put on a demo with one of his helis. I think the original plan was to fly his 380 until someone dared him to fly indoors with his 700 series Protos Max V2.
Challenge accepted, hold my beer!
Colin set the head speed to 1800 RPM in preparation for flying the big heli in confined spaces and planned to dumb down his flying style to prevent banging the heli off the walls. It almost worked….

The timer on Colin’s radio had just started chiming when the heli got up close and personal with a roof support beam. Guess who won? Let’s just say it was like taking a knife to a gun fight.
