In this episode, the Roswell Flight Test Crew hears from Tina Eckman of Blackmagic Design about the company's new Micro Cinema Camera, specifically developed for aerial video using multirotor drone aircraft. It includes an expansion port capable of taking input from PWM and Futaba S.Bus receivers in order to control camera functions. The same port also provides NTSC and PAL composite video out for analog First-Person View (FPV) systems, as well as HDMI for high-definition video using a system such as the DJI Lightbridge. The camera incorporates a Super 16 HD sensor, a global shutter and 13 stops of dynamic range. It includes a Micro Four Thirds (MFT) lens mount for interchangeable lenses.
