We compare Metal Gear Solid V The Phantom Pain on PS3 and PS4 so this is a last-gen current-gen comparison. The game's graphics still looks fine on PS3, don't forget the console's age. There is no Ambient Occlusion, no Dynamic Shadows from static light sources, of course resolution is lowered drastically as well as textures and level detail is reduced, etc.
