Indoor quad frames built for brushless motors are not all that common. A while back the "Owl 118" frame was released and Realacc has responded with their own version. While the MM130 is not a clone, it was designed after seeing the Owl. The carbon fiber guards around the props should help keep the props from getting damaged and ideally let the quad recover more easily from collisions that would have brought a normal quad crashing to the ground. The battery can ride on top or bottom, but it will need a battery strap that is less than 16mm wide to use the slits in the frame. I'll most likely build this out with 1306 4000kv motors. The additional weight of the frame will benefit from the 4000kv motors over the thrust provided by 3100kv motors.
