ImpulseRC 5" Helix - DVR Learning to fly 2.1 lens
Back from Hawaii, Thomas is about to start end of year exams and he had a few free classes at the end of the day and for a change, Melbourne’s weather decided to play nice so we got the Gates out for some race testing.
Unfortunately his Goggles didn’t have the SD Card in them and I only happen to watch through the Goggles this one flight of his and I unplugged the goggle battery just as Thomas’ battery began to sag. Irrespective I thought it was a pretty cool track.
Essentially we were testing different track layouts and learning to fly a 2.1 lens. The lens we tried here doesn't seem to have much distortion at the edges. I initially purchased 2 of these and just put in an order for 10 more, hopefully they will be exactly the same. They were purchased from ebay - look for item 191782632523 I'll comment back here again if the next batch is exactly the same.
