Most FPV cameras make it easy to swap out their lenses. A lot of cameras come with a 2.8mm lens because it is most similar to people's "normal" field of view. There is rarely any fish-eye affect in the picture produced. Other wider FOV lenses are available but tend to get a little bit of the fish-eye affect. However, their wider field of view allows the pilot so see obstacles earlier and ideally be able to adjust for them. This video compares the 2.8mm lens with the 2.1mm and the 1.8mm lenses. They are all good lenses and pilots could easily learn to fly with any of them.
