Take a look and see what's in my fridge! I am sharing 10 healthy staple foods that we always keep on hand to make really easy, delicious, nutritious meals and snacks though out the week.
I always stock my fridge with a base of staple ingredients that my family and me really enjoy and then use these foods over and over again all week long.
The 10 foods you will always find in my fridge include; fresh chopped veggies, roasted chicken, leafy greens, greek yogurt, fresh berries, nut butters, sprouted breads, eggs, almond milk and hummus.
I would say 80% of the meals we each week include at least one of these ingredients.  There are just SO many ways to use them, especially if you are pairing them with pantry and freezer staples (which I will share soon!).
