2 Cups Lentils
1 Large Russet Potato
2 oz (57 g) Unsalted Butter
1 Small Onion
4 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
2 Garlic Cloves
Turmeric, Salt, Crushed Dried Savory
Preparations:
1- Diced the onion.
2- Clean/Skin and chop the potato.
3- Wash the lentils.
